Shipping and delivery

Delivery to the Republic of Croatia and other European Union countries Luxury multibrand outlet store delivers within the Republic of Croatia and within the European Union. In addition to free delivery, the option of personal pickup in the store is also available, which is within 2 to 5 working days from receiving the order.

Delivery

Delivery is made through a reputable delivery service: GLS – General Logistics Systems Croatia doo, Varaždinska 116, 10360 Popovec. Delivery is made to the doorstep of the home or business address.

Delivery to the customer

Ordered products are delivered to the entrance of the residential building. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor on which the customer lives, but only to the entrance to the residential building.

Delivery prices

Delivery costs are borne by the seller. Receipt of the shipment By signing upon receipt, the customer confirms that he has received the package (or packages) in an undamaged condition. After the buyer has picked up the package, the delivery service is not responsible for any complaints, damage or reduction in the contents of the picked up package, unless there is proof that the damage did not occur after delivery.

Refusal to pick up

If the buyer does not pick up the product or refuses to pick up the product without a valid reason, the seller reserves the right to demand reimbursement of handling, transport and other possible costs.

Tracking the shipment

The delivery service allows the tracking of the shipment via an electronic service. The shipment tracking service allows the sender and recipient to receive relevant information at any time about where the shipment is and what is happening with it.

Returns and complaints

Luxury multibrand outlet store is liable for material defects of the product.

A defect exists:

if the item does not have the necessary properties for its regular use, if the item does not have the properties and characteristics that were expressly or tacitly agreed upon or prescribed, when the seller has delivered an item that is not identical to the sample or model on the website, unless the sample or model is shown for information purposes only, if the item does not have properties that otherwise exist in other items of the same type and that the buyer could reasonably expect based on the nature of the item, especially taking into account public statements by the seller, manufacturer and their representatives about the properties of the item.

When the buyer is a legal entity, the rules on material defects prescribed by the Civil Obligations Act apply to it.

The consumer is obliged to return the goods to the address: Luxury multibrand outlet store, Ulica Andrije Hebranga 7, 10000 Zagreb.

The seller is not obliged to refund additional costs that are the result of the consumer's explicit choice of a type of transport that is different from the cheapest type of standard transport offered by the seller.

The refund of paid funds is within 30 days of receipt of the goods at the warehouse. Of course, we practice returns as soon as possible. Refunds for cards take 3-7 business days, and for bank transactions within 10 business days.

The seller must make the refund using the same means of payment that the consumer used when making the payment, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another means of payment, and provided that the consumer is not obliged to pay any additional costs for such a refund.

Unless the seller has offered to collect the goods returned by the consumer himself, the consumer must return the goods without delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which he informed the seller of his decision to terminate the contract.

The consumer is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to return the goods on time if, before the expiry of the deadline, he sends the goods or hands them over to the seller, or to a person authorized by the seller to receive the goods.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.

The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that which was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.

In order for the consumer to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods, he may handle the goods and inspect the goods exclusively in the manner customary when purchasing goods at the seller's premises.

The goods that the buyer intends to return within 14 days may not be modified, used, or in particular may not be carried out in any way that may not be carried out in the seller's physical store, as well as those that would reduce the value of the goods. In the event of a decrease in the value of the product resulting from the handling of the product, the seller will be charged from the amount of the purchase price received in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods according to its own assessment, taking into account the objective criteria of each individual case.

The right to terminate the purchase contract is not permitted in the following cases when:

1. the subject of the contract is goods or services whose price depends on changes in the financial market that are beyond the trader's influence, and which may occur during the period of the consumer's right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

When the buyer is a legal entity, the section of these Terms of Use entitled "Right to unilaterally terminate the contract" does not apply to him. The Civil Obligations Act and the Electronic Commerce Act apply to legal entities.
