By selecting this option when ordering a product, the customer will receive the information necessary to make the payment to their email address. The delivery process begins when we record the payment in our system.
2. Payment by card
When paying with credit and debit cards, payment authorization is done automatically. Luxury multibrand outlet store bears all manipulative costs of authorizing the user's credit/debit card. In case of unsuccessful payment authorization, the purchase process is interrupted. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided using the webshop service.
The payment is considered to have been made at the time of receipt of the authorization by the card issuer or at the time of posting the payment to our transaction account.
The agreed purchase price includes VAT and is expressed in euros.
Returns and complaints
The luxury multibrand outlet store is liable for material defects in the product.
There is a shortage:
if the thing does not have the necessary properties for its regular use,
if the thing does not have the properties and characteristics that were expressly or tacitly agreed upon or prescribed,
when the seller has delivered an item that is not identical to the sample or model on the website, unless the sample or model is shown for information purposes only,
if the item does not have properties that normally exist in other items of the same type and that the buyer could reasonably expect given the nature of the item, especially taking into account public statements by the seller, manufacturer and their representatives about the properties of the item.
When the buyer is a legal entity, the rules on material deficiency prescribed by the Civil Obligations Act apply to it.
The consumer is obliged to return the goods to the address: Luxury multibrand outlet store, Ulica Andrije Hebranga 7, 10000 Zagreb.
The seller is not obliged to refund additional costs resulting from the consumer's explicit choice of a type of transport that is different from the cheapest type of standard transport offered by the seller.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the goods at our warehouse. Of course, we process refunds as quickly as possible. Refunds for credit cards take 3-7 business days, and for bank transactions, within 10 business days.
The seller must make the refund using the same means of payment that the consumer used when making the payment, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another means of payment, and provided that the consumer is not obliged to pay any additional costs for such refund.
Unless the seller has offered to collect the goods returned by the consumer himself, the consumer must return the goods without delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which he informed the seller of his decision to terminate the contract.
The consumer is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to return the goods on time if, before the expiry of the deadline, he sends the goods or hands them over to the seller, or to a person authorized by the seller to receive the goods.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that is the result of handling the goods other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.
In order to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods, the consumer may handle and inspect the goods exclusively in the manner customary when purchasing goods at the seller's premises. The goods that the buyer intends to return within 14 days may not be modified, used, or in particular may not be carried out in any way that may not be carried out in the seller's physical office, as well as those that would reduce the value of the goods.
In the event of a decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling the product, the seller will be charged from the amount of the purchase price received in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods according to its own assessment, taking into account the objective criteria of each individual case.
The right to terminate the purchase contract is not permitted in the following cases:
1. the subject of the contract is goods or services whose price depends on changes in the financial market that are beyond the trader's control, and which may occur during the period of the consumer's right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
When the buyer is a legal entity, the section of these Terms of Use entitled "Right to unilaterally terminate the contract" does not apply to them. In the case of legal entities, the Civil Obligations Act and the Electronic Commerce Act apply.

Delivery to the customer
Ordered products are delivered to the entrance of the residential building. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the customer lives, but only to the entrance of the residential building.

Shipping costs are borne by the seller.
Receipt of shipment
With his signature upon collection, the customer confirms that he has collected the package (or packages) in an undamaged condition. After the customer collects the package, the delivery service is not responsible for any complaints, damage or loss of the content of the received package, unless there is proof that the damage did not occur after delivery.
Download rejection
If the buyer does not take delivery of the product or refuses to take delivery of the product without a valid reason, the seller reserves the right to demand reimbursement of handling, transportation and other possible costs.

Unilateral termination of contract
The consumer can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The 14-day period begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product.
If the consumer orders multiple products in one order that need to be delivered separately, or if the goods are delivered in multiple pieces or multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins to run from the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, is given possession of the last piece or last shipment of products.
If regular delivery of goods has been agreed over a certain period, the 14-day period begins to run from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, is given possession of the first piece or first shipment of the product.
If the consumer is not informed about the right to terminate the contract, the right of the consumer to unilaterally terminate the contract ends after 12 months from the expiration of the 14-day period.
If the seller has provided the consumer with notice of the right to terminate the contract within 12 months, the right to unilaterally terminate the contract shall cease upon the expiry of a period of 14 days from the date on which the consumer received that notice.
